In March, Angolan oil production surged to 34,897,176 barrels, averaging 1,125,715 barrels per day (bpd), surpassing the projected 1,054,463 bpd, as revealed in the Monthly Summary on Oil Production released by ANPG.
The report, accessible on the National Petroleum, Gas, and Biofuels Agency (ANPG) website, indicates that associated gas production for the same period reached 85,209 million cubic feet, with a daily average of 2,749 million cubic feet.
Furthermore, the report outlines that 1,538 million cubic feet of gas were injected, 606 million cubic feet were allocated to the ALNG facility, 308 million cubic feet were earmarked for power generation in oil installations, and the remaining amount was utilized for operational purposes and oil flow management.
Additionally, during March, the ALNG facility achieved a production of 3,157,789 barrels of oil equivalent (BOE), translating to a daily average of 101,864 barrels.
Within this production, LNG accounted for 83,045 BOE per day, while propane, butane, and condensates contributed 8,461, 5,943, and 4,415 BOE per day, respectively.
