Subsea7 Secures Major Subsea Installation Contract Offshore West Africa

Offshore engineering company Subsea7 has been awarded a significant subsea contract for a project located offshore West Africa.

Valued between $50 million and $150 million, the contract includes the transportation and installation of flexible pipelines, umbilicals, and associated subsea infrastructure to connect a floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel. The scope also covers pre-lay activities in preparation for an upcoming drilling campaign.

“Our close and agile collaboration with clients enables us to deliver cost-effective and reliable offshore solutions,” said Jérôme Perrin, Vice President for Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey at Subsea7.

“We are proud to support our client in executing such a strategically important project in West Africa.”

Project management and engineering activities will begin immediately at Subsea7’s offices in the UK and France. Offshore operations are scheduled to begin in 2026.
