The national company that distributes oil derivatives, Pumangol, will inaugurate today, starting at 6 pm, the 80th Supply Station of the distribution network, located at Avenida Pedro de Castro Van-Dúnem Loy, Talatona, in Luanda
According to a press release sent to Jornal de Angola, the project is one of the company’s main assets and is part of the programs contained in the National Development Plan
Based on the National Development Plan (PDN) 2018/2022 and the needs presented by the provincial governments, which establishes a target of 1132 fuel filling stations in the national territory.
“The new Pumangol filling station contributes to filling this need, serving a very significant community and reinforcing the company’s expansion plan in Angola. It is the brand’s most modern station, featuring state-of-the-art technological solutions”, reads in the note.

Pumangol’s management is committed to finding solutions to carry out the various projects in its investment portfolio, taking into account market needs and reducing regional asymmetries, without losing sight of the new trends inherent in energy transition.
The new filling station, called Elavoko (hope for better days), translated into the national Umbundu language, in addition to generating dozens of jobs, will consolidate the distribution chain in the country’s capital, due to the fact that it is located on one of the avenues with high flow of services in the field of passenger and cargo transport in the capital.
