Egypt Inaugurates Largest Solar Power Plant to Advance Clean Energy Goals
Egypt has completed the construction of the 500-megawatt Kom Ombo solar power plant, now the country’s largest solar photovoltaic facility. Developed by China Energy Construction, the plant is located in the Aswan Governorate and represents a major step toward achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030 for clean and sustainable energy.
