While acknowledging Endiama Mining’s expertise in secondary deposits, he emphasized Catoca’s leadership in primary deposits.

Manuel expressed optimism about Angola’s potential to alter the global diamond production landscape, potentially elevating its position among the world’s largest producers.

He cited data suggesting Angola’s emergence as a key decision-making hub in the global diamond market.
