Endiama Strengthens Angola’s Diamond Sector at Kimberley Process Meeting 2025 in the UAE
Endiama is actively participating in the 2025 Kimberley Process Meeting, taking place from November 17–21 in the United Arab Emirates, where the company is reinforcing Angola’s commitment to modernizing Kimberley Process (KP) certification and improving global mechanisms for diamond sector credibility, transparency, and responsible governance.
The Angolan delegation includes Endiama Executive Administrator Domingos Margarida and Neide Fastudo, Head of Communication and Institutional Relations.
Both are contributing to high-level discussions focused on strengthening transparency, traceability, and governance in the natural diamond supply chain — key priorities for the Kimberley Process in 2025.
Endiama participates alongside the official Angolan team led by Estanislau Buio, the National Kimberley Process Coordinator, who is heading the country’s representation in the international forum.
According to Endiama, ongoing KP modernization efforts will have significant impact on millions of people whose livelihoods and socioeconomic development depend on a secure and well-regulated diamond industry.
Stronger certification systems help protect artisanal miners, reinforce fair trade, and increase global consumer confidence in diamonds originating from Angola.
By taking part in the Kimberley Process Meeting 2025, Endiama is strengthening its international presence and reaffirming its commitment to building a transparent, sustainable, and ethically governed diamond sector, aligned with the world’s best practices for responsible mineral development.
